完善电力市场化交易机制 纵深推进电力市场化改革
陈启鑫(清华大学能源互联网智库中心常务副主任)交易中的三大难题 ：自2017年8月国家发展改革委、国家能源局发布第一批电力现货交易市场试点以来，我国电力现货市场建设稳步推进。其中，广东、山西、山东、四川、甘肃5个试点地区已于2021年启动现货不间断试运行，并持续运行至今，期间结合试运行情况对规则进行了更新迭代;浙江和蒙西近期更新了现货市场相关规则，浙江将在新规则确定后开展现货市场模拟与调度试运行，蒙西于2022年6月1日启动连续结算试运行;福建自2020年启动长周期结算试运行以来，一直以发电侧单边参与方式开展，近期正修订市场交易规则，待通过后推动模拟与结算试运行。2021年3月，上海、江苏、安徽、辽宁、河南、湖北等第二批现货试点名单公布。
多维度推动可再生能源规模化发展
韩放(中国电力联合会规划发展部副主任)：一直以来，我国对新能源主要采用“保量保价”的保障消纳政策，有力促进新能源发展的同时，也为实现能源转型和“双碳”目标打下了良好基础。截至2022年6月，风、光新能源装机达到6.8亿千瓦，占总装机的27.82%，装机规模稳居全球首位，技术与成本优势日益凸显，除海上风电外已进入平价发展新阶段。从市场体制机制建设来看，可再生能源配额制的实施，以中长期、现货、辅助服务为主的市场化交易体系的完善，以及绿色消费机制的建立都对促进新能源消纳、稳定行业预期发挥了积极作用。

而今天我们要重点讨论的便是同样做着来头不小的“牌照生意”的中国中免 (601888.SH/01880.HK) 。在当前疫情阴霾持续笼罩全球的大背景下，这家与商旅密切相关的企业在经营层面看起来应当会面临不小的压力，并不像是市场愿意关注的焦点所在。
8月15日，中国中免 (601888.SH/01880.HK) 港交所公告，于2022年8月15日-18日招股，拟发行约1.028亿股H股，其中香港公开发售占5%，国际发售占95%，另有15%超额配股权。每股发售价143.50-165.50港元，每手100股，预期H股将于2022年8月25日上午九时正开始在联交所主板买卖。此次上市联席保荐人为中金公司和瑞银集团。至此，港股即将迎来又一优质标的。
根据全球旅游零售行业权威媒体《穆迪戴维特报告》（The Moodie Davitt Report）所发布的《顶级旅游零售商报告》显示，中免集团在2021年蝉联登顶全球最大旅游零售商，其2021年的销售额是第二名乐天免税店的两倍多。
